Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Payment terms vary by project type. Standard terms require a 50% deposit upon project approval and the remaining balance upon completion and delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in project delays and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are important to both parties:
Client Rights
Clients retain ownership of their original designs and content. Final deliverables become client property upon full payment.
Studio Rights
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Third-Party Rights
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any third-party content, fonts, or assets included in their projects.
Limitation of Liability
PIXEL 3D PRINT STUDIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Important: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice:
Client Termination
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on project progress.
Studio Termination
We may terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or other material breaches.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pretoria, South Africa.
